Ingredients
- 1 medium sized green ripe squash.cut it only dont peel off
- 2 big diced onion
- 2 big diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander seed
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon kitchen king
- Pinch black pepper powder
- 1 long sliced green chili
Steps
First deep fry to soften the squash
Now in a pan roast some cumin seeds and add onion with sugar
Stir for 2 minutes then add tomatoes with all the spices together
Add some water and keep it at low flame for 6 to 7 minutes
Now add fried squash and cover the utensil for 7 to 8 minutes
Yummy sweet and crispy squash is ready
