Sweet&crispy squash

Ingredients

  1. 1 medium sized green ripe squash.cut it only dont peel off
  2. 2 big diced onion
  3. 2 big diced tomatoes
  4. 2 tablespoon sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  6. 1 teaspoon coriander seed
  7. 1 teaspoon fenugreek
  8. 1 tablespoon salt
  9. 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  11. 1 tablespoon turmeric
  12. 1 tablespoon kitchen king
  13. Pinch black pepper powder
  14. 1 long sliced green chili

Steps

  1. First deep fry to soften the squash

  2. Now in a pan roast some cumin seeds and add onion with sugar

  3. Stir for 2 minutes then add tomatoes with all the spices together

  4. Add some water and keep it at low flame for 6 to 7 minutes

  5. Now add fried squash and cover the utensil for 7 to 8 minutes

  6. Yummy sweet and crispy squash is ready
