Tandoori Pomfret Fry

This is pomfret Fish fry i used tandoori spices for this for change and it came out so tasty .Fish is so versatile you can add simple spices to it and it tastes good .


  1. 1 Pomfret Fish
  2. 1/4 Cup Whisked Yogurt thick
  3. 1 Tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp Spicy Chilli Powder
  5. 1 Tsp Coriander powder
  6. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  8. 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  9. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
  12. 1 tsp oil
  13. 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
  14. 1 tsp Tandoori Masala


  1. Step 1 : Whisk yogurt really well it has to be thick yogurt. Mix all dry spices in it and marinate the fish for an hour.

  2. In a pan Add some oil and fry both side or you can bake them at 180 deg till it’s done. You can use whole fish or any Boneless fish pieces too.

  3. Garnish with some lemons and crisp onions you can also serve with green chutney.
