Tornado Omelet on Toast (Swirl omelet)


  1. 3 Eggs
  2. 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  3. 1 slice bread of your choice
  4. 1 slice cheese
  5. Half avocado
  6. Lemon juice
  7. Salt
  8. Parsley flakes


  1. Toast the bread in a toaster

  2. Place cheese on top of the bread

  3. Cut avocado into slices and/or make it into a rose shape. Put on top of the cheese

  4. Sprinkle lemon juice to keep avocado from changing color. Add salt to taste.

  5. Beat 3 eggs. Whisk till smooth

  6. Heat 1 Tbsp cooking oil over medium-high heat (I used an 8’’ nonstick pan)

  7. Add egg mixture into the pan

  8. Drag the chopsticks to the center of the pan. Rotate in the same direction until the eggs stop swirling

  9. Carefully slide the omelet out of the pan to the top of the toast

  10. Decorate with parsley flakes
