This is one of easiest kebabs you can make for a quick starter it’s soft and succulent and delicious. Just serve with some mint chutney and crisp onion on side and squeeze lime .This one is Green ,white and red color kebabs .Green is palak kebab , white is Malai Kebab and Red is Tikka kebab .
Ingredients
- 1 Kg boneless chicken
- Malai Kebab
- 3 Tbsp Thick and creamy yogurt
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp White Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri Methi
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Green chilli Paste
- Palak Kebab
- 3 Tbsp Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Palak Puree
- to taste Salt
- Ginger garlic and Green chili paste
- 1/2 Tsp Kasuri methi
- Mint Purée very little for taste
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- Tikka Kebab
- 3 Tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Tikka Masala
Steps
Cut the chicken and segregate in three bowl. I used Thigh boneless chicken pieces.
In a bowl add the chicken and add all the ingredients from the malai chicken and mix well.
In a bowl add the Palak Chicken ingredients and mix well with the chicken.
In a bowl add the Tikka kebab ingredients and mix well with chicken and marinate all for 3 hours max. Mean while soak the skewers in water for 20 min before grilling.
I grilled in a pan so add some butter and grill till it’s done and serve hot with mint chutney.
