Tuna noodle casserole

Microwave dish for easier cooking

Ingredients

  1. 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 3 cups hot cooked rotini pasta (2 cups uncooked)
  4. 1 can tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
  5. 1 1/3 cups French's French fried onions, divided
  6. 1 package frozen peas and carrots
  7. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or grated Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. Combine soup and milk in 2 quart microwavable shallow casserole. Stir in pasta, tuna, 2/3 cup French fried onions, vegetables and cheese. Cover; microwave on high 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring halfway through cooking time. Top with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Microwave 1 minute or until onions are golden.
