Veggie side


  1. 1/2 sweet potato
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 1 diced onion
  4. 1 minced garlic clove
  5. 80 g green beans
  6. 120 g spring greens
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. 1 chilli


  1. Cut the sweet potato and carrot into strips and boil with the frozen green beans.

  2. In a frying pan heat a tablespoon of any oil, add the onion and garlic and fry till translucent.

  3. Add the spring greens and chilli to the frying pan and sauté till soft.

  4. Add the boiled veg to the pan, stir, season and serve. It can be eaten on its own or as a side to any protein of your choice.
