Easy Mango Salad

Ingredients

  • 2firm green mangoes – peeled, pitted, and cut into matchsticks
  • ¼purple onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 sprigs cilantro, or more to taste, leaves removed and stems discarded
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed peanuts

    Mix mangoes, onion, red bell pepper, and cilantro leaves together in a bowl.
