Baked Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) containers prepared hummus
  • 1 ¼ cups crumbled feta cheese
  • ⅔ cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • ⅔ cup chopped fresh tomato
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Spread hummus evenly in 8×8-inch baking dish; sprinkle with feta cheese. Toss olives and tomatoes together in a bowl; layer on top of feta. Drizzle with olive oil.
