BBC Good Food shared how ice cream lovers can make their own banana concoction.<\/p>\n
Taking just five minutes to prep, you can be out enjoying the sun in no time at all.<\/p>\n
BBC Good Food described the \u201ceasy\u201d recipe as a \u201cno-churn ice cream that’s low-fat, super healthy and counts as one of your five-a-day\u201d.<\/p>\n

More info<\/p>\n Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong>Four ripe bananas, cut into chunks<\/p>\n Three to four tbsp milk<\/p>\n Two tbsp toasted flaked almonds<\/p>\n Two tbsp ready-made toffee or chocolate sauce<\/p>\n Method<\/strong><\/p>\n Place the banana chunks on a flat tray and cover well.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Freeze for at least one hour, or until frozen through.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n When ready, throw the banana into a food processor. With enough milk to achieve a creamy texture, whizz until smooth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Scoop into four bowls and then go crazy with toppings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
